Most shipments arrive to Spain in 4-7 business days. Delays can occur, but they are rare (99% on time delivery).

Please note: we take 2-3 business days to process your order, so please add that to the total delivery time when estimating shipping.

Yes. Once the order is shipped, we will email you a tracking number that you can use to check where your order is located.

Please note: in some cases tracking info may need some time to update, so don't worry if it doesn't show anything just yet.

We send directly from our art studio in Europe, so you will not need to pay any tariffs or customs fees.

We use protective FSC-certified packaging to make sure your prints arrive safe.

Here is a detailed description of how each of our types of products is shipped:

Our largest prints.

1-3 large prints are shipped rolled in a protective cardboard tube.

If you order 4 or more large prints, we will send them flat in a heavy-duty box.

All other prints.

Our smaller prints are shipped flat in a protective envelope with a sturdy cardboard backing, enforced with corner protectors.

Large orders of smaller prints (usually 6 and more) will also be shipped flat in a heavy-duty box.

Framed prints.

Framed prints are always shipped in a protective heavy duty box.

Sustainability.

All of our shipping materials are sustainable.

• Boxes & envelopes: FSC-certified, sustainably sourced cardboard and paper.
• Plastic sleeves, bubble wrap: sustainable biodegradable recycled plastic.

In a rare case your order is delayed, please first of all check your tracking page and see if there is any explanation (customs checks, weather alerts, post strikes etc.)
